At my initial meeting with Jennie Besley, the property manager. I was very impressed with Oakwood’s set up, particularly in comparison to another local letting agent that I’d been considering using to let my property. I very much like that Oakwood do not charge up front for the set up work involved in finding a tenant, making sure the property is safe to let and setting up the tenancy.
