Oakwood did an incredible job of selling our flat, despite tough market conditions and trying to get this over the line for years. We were letting out the flat, and they managed all the viewings with no stress to ourselves. Once we got an offer through, they were superb at keeping us updated on a regular basis, pushing the right parties or asking us to push where needed. Very grateful for all of Alban's help and hard work on this sale. Highly recommend!
Did not pass on rent from tenants for months and still owe us £1000s. Did not secure the tenants deposit and no idea where it is. Did not report maintenance issues and allowed the house all into disrepair. Do not respond to emails or telephone calls. Avoid at all costs. Have put in a formal complaint to the Ombudsman and Small Claims Court.
Daniel and Alban handled our sale brilliantly and we were very happy with the result (a smooth move just before the SLDT deadline!)
Oakwood did a very good job with us. They tried very hard in what was a challenging market and helped us through some difficult moments. Alban was excellent all the way through as was Marie and Daniel.
Great service from start to finish. Kept us updated with solicitors and buyers information. All went very smooth. Would use again.
