I’ve seen some pretty shocking things across social media platforms, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get involved with this company. The blonde haired women is awfully rude & hostile towards paying tenants.
I had a truly great experience with Oakwood from both the rental and sales side! First, the lettings teams found me the most incredible tenants who stayed and looked after my flat for several years - thankful for them every day! When it came to selling my flat, the sales team managed to secure several viewings as well as an offer within the first couple of weeks of going to market! The team there are all so lovely and supported me throughout what can be a very stressful process. Highly recommend for the local area!
I had a great experience with Oakwood! Bonnie was fantastic during the viewing. Then Beck took over for all the paperwork and admin, and she's been an absolute star. Both of them were always quick to respond and got everything sorted without a hitch. Really happy with their service - thanks, ladies, you've been brilliant!
