I visited today for a tour of Oakwood Court, I was blown away by how professional, friendly and helpful all the staff were. Oakwood Courts has a lovely calm and relaxing feel and would highly recommend. Of all the residential homes I visited today, this was in another league. If I could give 6 stars for my experience today I would.
My mother has been at Oakwood since 2020, after viewing ten different care homes, Oakwood Court came out on the top because of its caring, calm, friendly and homely feel. All the staff are hard working and genuinely care about the residents. I have always found happy residents and happy caring staff at Oakwood Court. There is such variety in activities for residents under watchful and caring staff. The home is spotlessly clean as are the individual rooms. Beautifully cooked and prepared food, my husband likens Oakwood Court to a boutique hotel. We are very happy his sister is living there. With the help of FB postings we regularly see happy faces joining in fun and games.
Very impressed with the care My Uncle has received. The staff are all wonderful polite and have made us feel very welcome . The Care home is kept pristine and my Uncles clothes are washed and ironed beautifully which to him is very important. The food is of very high quality and standard.
Oakwood Court Care Home offers fantastic facilities and is run by a team of dedicated, passionate staff who clearly care deeply for their residents. The atmosphere feels more like a family home rather than a typical care home. The residents are cheerful and happy, which is a stark contrast to other care homes I’ve visited, where residents often express dissatisfaction.
