Customer Service SECOND TO NONE. DAVID in service you are a star 🌟 I was on the south coast within 4 hours of boarding a ship to France and had an issue with my leisure battery. Terrible customer service. Most of the staff seemed uninterested, unfriendly, and not knowledgeable at all. We went in for a habitation service, asked them to fix a few small issues, and they ignored every single one. Waste of time and money.
Spoke with Dave the so-called Service Manager today — completely unhelpful. He rushed me off the phone, didn’t seem interested, and honestly acted like I was wasting his time. If this is their “expertise,” I’d hate to see what inexperience looks like.
Worst place to buy a motorhome. Staff were unhelpful from the moment we arrived. Jason promised us support but once we paid, he disappeared. Even when we had problems on our travels, no one bothered to pick up the phone.
Absolutely shocking. They claim to be professional but nothing was prepared properly. The “warranty” they talk about is full of loopholes and worthless. On collection, my van had electrical issues and instead of fixing it, they left me standing around in the rain for hours.
