****DISASTER****Simon comes across as really friendly and knowledgeable, we decided to go ahead with a new fence, trees topping and lawn levelled and re-turfed. He took £ upfront for 50% of the works, supposedly for materials, they turned up for one day without any equipment, then didn't turn up again. The lies he's then made up over the last 4 weeks about why he couldn't make it over to either do the work or refund the money are beyond sanity or any kind of morales.
