This practise has become an absolute joke. I personally never want to see the doctor and will avoid at all costs because I don't want to waste their appointments but in the past 2-3 years I have needed 2 appointments. 1 about a year ago which I didn't get and 1 recently which I also didn't receive. Both because the SECRETARY didn't think they were emergency enough. I called last wednesday to get an appointment,but then they told me to call back again today friday . I called back again this morning and 22 in a que,just to be told that It’s already fully booked and call again in monday.So disappointed and the receptionist very unkind…so bad…
Nightmare to get appointment probably no chance to get it!When coming to practice always empty no patients,but can't get appointment!This place is useless!
Awful receptionists, mocking people on the phone to other colleagues! Not professional at all!!
