Garbage establishment, why book a appointment with me, just for the worker to take a picture of my door, but not knock on it, not even attempting to make me aware of their presence… very dissspointed due to how long you made me wait, just for no one.
I have waited in since 1pm waiting for a gasman to sort out the water pressure 5.30 pm rang them and was assured he was on route and will definitely be here today nearly 7.30 pm still no show and now oakray are closed untill Monday what a joke ..and they expect a star rating no chance of that ..l do not recommend this company at all.. Having to take half day off work and all for nothing I think they should reemberse customers they let down...oh I've had to put a one star as can't post otherwise it would be a minus ten..
Shocking company if I could give no stars. I would booked a safety check as I'm in a housing association. Flat didn't even turned up, told the housing association that I didn't gain access when I was in all day and I also have proof on my cameras that they didn't turn up. Customer service is completely rude. The man spoke to me saying I was a liar. Saying they took a picture of my front door which wasn't my front door .
