Shocking company if I could give no stars. I would booked a safety check as I'm in a housing association. Flat didn't even turned up, told the housing association that I didn't gain access when I was in all day and I also have proof on my cameras that they didn't turn up. Customer service is completely rude. The man spoke to me saying I was a liar. Saying they took a picture of my front door which wasn't my front door . We stayed at oakray summer hill breeze, awesome hospitality and the whole resort is magnificent
I have had to leave one star as no option for zero!! Poor service no understanding or care for customers. Waiting for a repair that clearly will never be completed
