We had a dpf problem following a trip to the IOW and our carpervan stuck in safe mode. After calling and no reply they called us back and took the van in immediately. Within 1hour we were luckily back on the road. Massive thanks and a relief. All the team all helpful and friendly.

Brilliant service! Honest, fairly priced, and really easy to deal with. They charged me less for the full diagnostic and repair than the main dealer wanted just for the diagnostic alone. I’ve spent years feeling like I’ve overpaid or not been told the full story at other garages (Im not a car person) , so finding a place like this is a real relief. I literally cannot thank Oakley Road Garage enough! My car came to them very poorly, they diagnosed the problem and gave some great advice. I had not long had the car, and they patiently waited for ‘issues’ to be resolved and helped me to do so. It must have been as frustrating for them, as much as it was for me!
