We as a family have been using this surgery for over 35years and have been very happy with the care they provide I am a Pharmacist working in retail but can definitely say that they are one of the Best Surgeries with All the staff providing First Class care and Efficiency
I had a very good conversation with Dr Makrani. He listened to my issues and will follow up on those necessary. I was very satisfied.
Loraine, the receptionist, is the rudest person I have spoken to. She is condescending and patronising. Every time I call this GP, if it's her who picks up, I know it won't be a good experience. If she's that miserable with her job, she should find something else to do rather than take it out on people who are looking for care.
This clinic has annual flu and covid vaxes down to a fine art. In and out in fewer than 5 minutes. ☺️ Update August 2025: I submitted the above review a while ago (maybe last autumn or the one before?) but want to add that my recent communications with and appointments at this practice have been exemplary. Friendly helpful professionals and support staff. Lucky me being registered here.
Efficient and great to have got a same day urgent appointment as a particular condition was causing worry. Dr Nakrani was able to diagnose on the day and submit a referral to local hospital. Thanks
