My mum was in Oakleigh for a short time waiting to be assessed to go home. Whilst there she received excellent care i couldn't have asked for better care Thank you to all the staff there for all they do😊xx
My grandma was left in there with severe dehydration for days but manager wasn't bothered. Me and my mum had to call an ambulance as she wanted to leave her till doctor arrived which could have taken just 6 hours for a ring back. she wasnt with it , being sick , confused.and the manager was funny with us cause we wanted to call an ambulance , when arriving at hospital they said she had lithium toxicity caused by severe dehydration , lucky me and my mum was there to call 999 as the hospital said left any longer she would have... read more
