My daughter and her baby rented a house of these people for a month she was without gas so no heating or hot water the gas men told my daughter that the house was un save and should never have been rented out it took two months to put a bath in as it had a hole in it she had no back door key they sent a locksmith out to change lock who didn’t have a clue how to open it so her dad had to go and open it and change the lock then it wouldn’t open as they had plastered over the top of door no key shutter so if a fire they would h... read more
Great lettings agent,highly professional staff,they have lots of properties so check weekly for updates.
Can't rate this lettings agency angency any higher. Deal with any repair issues immediately. The staff are brilliant and reply to any query straight away. Well done Anne and all staff.
Extremely rude and not helpful when it comes to dealing with issues between a tenant and landlord. Do not recommend.
