Overall, a great experience and place to come to for dental services. My only complaint with this visit is my daughter's appointment was scheduled and confirmed via phone, text and email for 5:30 p.m. We arrived about 5:20 and checked in, no problem. The receptionist told me she would inform the dental tech that we were here, and we sat down and waited patiently. Even though I do not like going to the dentist, I must say that over all it was a great experience. I would definitely refer to you all.
This was my first time at the office and my situation was more severe than I anticipated. Christy was with me the entire time and she was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything very clearly. Dr. Falcao was also great. There were a couple times I was in pain, and at my first flinch he didn't hesitate to stop and numb the area a little more to make sure I was pain free during the procedure.
