Overall experience was great. Doctor wasn't rushed to get me in or out and explained what he wanted to see done so that I would understand it.
We waited an hour and fifteen minutes then had to rush through her cleaning so that she could make it to her orthodontist appointment on time. This was after our actual appointment day, that I had scheduled months ago, was cancelled due to continuing education. We had to reccordinate appointments with the orthodontist. It wasn't great. They are over booked or understaffed.
Cleaning/Check up appointments can be rescheduled closer to the original date scheduled 6 months prior.
I used to enjoy going to this dentist. The atmosphere was friendly, techs were gentle, employees were familiar. Over the past year or two the turnover seems to be large. I no longer recognize anyone except the dentist and his helper. The 'gentle touch' doesn't seem to be there anymore. The atmosphere is cold and not as warm and friendly.
I was terrified when I arrived as I am an extreme dental phobic. While I do not remember the hygienist's name (fear does that to you), she was extremely professional and very sensitive to my fears. Dr. Falcao also was very sensitive to my fear and explained - very thoroughly and with genuine understanding of my situation - how he and his staff will proceed to make sure that I will be able to complete the treatment with minimal anxiety. I appreciated that my hygienist stayed late in order to complete my cleaning. I also appreciate that she recognized my problem and got the dentist to see me immediately, and that she knew exactly what the problem was.
My hygienist was very nice and did a great job!
Continued excellence. Best Dental/Medical services we have ever used
As a first time patient I was very impressed. All staff were courteous, professional and sincere.
