I was suffering and called to see if I could get an emergency appointment and was told No I even called back 3 hours later to see if I could come in and was told NO. I explained this to Dr Falico and it was the answering service not the office. I am very unhappy with his answering service.
The office staff is AWESOME! There show a lot of care and concern towards all of there patients!
