I would prefer the opportunity to have a situation handled immediately if at all possible.
I did not feel my teeth were cleaned well,I felt like the assistant was rushing.The doctor was really nice and did explained evrything I need to know,the check out girl did not smile at all and I find it rude not to even greet the patient,the other girl short blonde hair at the front desk was really nice and I want to commend her for that.The assistant though is really but this was the second time she cleaned and itcwas the same I felt like she was rushing,can I request for Tracy,she used to be the one who always clean my te... read more

Melissa was awesome! She made me feel very comfortable. She did a deep cleaning on my teeth and I was very, very pleased with the outcome and it was pretty much painless. Kudos to Melissa!

I have always been treated with the highest respect by everyone employed at this facility. I was particularly impressed by the assistance I received on my first visit to this facility. I explained a problem I had with restoring a broken partial with the understanding that my insurance would not cover it ; however , with your assistance I was able to get it restored with very little charge. this sis when I realized that you are truly an asset to the Oakleaf Community.
