Tired of feeling ignored in this office. I've reached out to them numerous times with no reply back. I don't have availability to keep taking off when they can't take the time to call back.

While everyone in the office is extremely pleasant, which is the main reason I continue to come, the wait time is a little excessive. I would prefer NOT to be "worked in" if that is the cause of the wait time. This also seems to cause a slightly "rushed" feel to the appointment. The time I spend with the dentist is considerably less than the time I wait to see the dentist. Even once I go back to begin the appointment, the time I spend waiting for whatever procedure to begin is, again, excessive.
