Been with Oakland Estates coming up to 2 years now renting a property and are very happy with the service. Especially on the maintenance side. Ricky our Property Manager is very prompt when we have any issues that need sorting. Most recently part of our fence was blown down and he was straight on it with their contractors putting up a new fence . Been a good experience
My experience of using Oakland Estates has been amazing. The repairs are done very soon after being reported. I've been renting for quite a while now, and these guys have by far been the most understanding that I've come across. The team member Ricky in particular has been extremely helpful without fail for three years running!
We had great experience with Oakland Estates. Ricky is very helpful with solving any issues we report. Recently our cooker has been replaced and management of this was very smooth.
