Worst service ever. Unprofessional. Nobody appeared to an appointment I had with them. When in the office, it looked like they didn't need customers.
In general the service is not bad. When I called them they are quit fast in responding. Their staff are polite and helpful when there is a problem in the property. I am happy with their support during my tenancy. But I have some problems at the beginning that can't let me give them more than 3 stars. I have moved to UK and I don't have previous references in UK. The lady who is manager was very inflexible to get a reference, even she knows my situation but she didn't help to resolve it and suspend my tenancy process. I asked... read more
