I can't even get an appointment on the phone.. Ffs.. I phoned two weeks ago and was told due to the system upgrade, they will not be taking appointments over the phone until the 14th of October.. That's ridiculous.. good job it's not serious..
Receptionist has no sympathy. Late for my appointment by 5 mins. Explained I was struggling due to my illness and walking. Told I could come back next day. I refused this appointment because I won't have the energy from making effort to get there for this appointment due to my illness and treatments. Have another appointment in September. Guess I'll start extra early and I suppose it's OK when appointments and the surgery run over and I'm sat there over my actual appointment time.
Asked them to syringe my ear, water in it from swimming. “Sorry too busy. Go private” Disgusting. Utterly DISGUSTING.
Receptionst rude the doctors are worse . They do not listen or even look over you . All they do is give you anti depressants . I had no temperature checks and no blood pressure ect the doctor didn't even look aty knee that I complained about now got to go to minor injuries just to check . They have no comparison at all , the doctor I saw shout at me and didn't even care what I was saying .
Had to rearrange a GP appointment (an appointment for scan results so pretty important) and while I was there today at 11am I asked if I could do this. Was told I have to ring at 2pm (3 hours later?) to re-book...despite physically being in reception. So I went home + phoned at exactly 2pm, got through straightaway...only to be told that the GP I needed to see was on call on Thursday (2 days later) and I will have to ring back then for an appointment!
