I was a tenant at a property managed by Oakfield Property for a year, mostly dealing with Euan. Euan and the guys at Oakfield were brilliant, always responded to (and provided solutions to) any issues quickly, gave plenty of notice ahead of tenancy inspections, wrapped up my end of tenancy and deposit return very quickly, and were always very friendly. From a tenant’s perspective, they’ve easily been the best agents I’ve had in over 10 years of renting around the UK.
We dealt with Paul and Clair at Oakfield and couldn’t be happier with their service. Paul gives realistic valuations of your property and gives his honest opinion of your chances of a sale and this did not disappoint. Clair deals with your property once it is on the market and she ensures you are kept completely up to date with the progress. 5 stars is not enough to rate the team at oakfield they deserve more! Over the last 4 years they have looked after my son when he purchased his first home in Buckley. Next they helped me sell my parents home . It was a sad time and the team especially Paul and Clair supported me every step of the way resulting in a sale to a wonderful couple . Clair at Oakfield is an absolute superstar. Throughout the whole process of buying our property she has been so helpful. Always happy to answer our questions and updating us frequently on the process. As first time buyers the whole process seemed so daunting so having someone there who was helping us though was amazing!
