Concerned that my wife’s Ford B Max had an automatic gearbox problem. Kevin checked it out. Apparently no problem but amazingly no charge. This has to be 5 star customer service surely.
Thank you Kevin and the Team at Oakdene. Like doctors, we have to put a lot of faith in mechanics and hope for the best and, similarly, they can't be right all the time. Obviously I am writing this because I am happy that Oakdene fixed my car and charged a reasonable rate but also I have never encountered mechanics that; give me time and patience, explain the process thoroughly, are caring and thoughtful. They really helped out when other garages were prepared to write off or were just not interested. VW Golf automatic
I wholeheartedly recommend these guys. Kevin is, amongst other things, a "clutch whisperer"; what he doesn't know about automatic transmissions probably isn't worth knowing. The customer service is amazing
