Had been pushing to inspect after NHBC check but was not contacted on one of their few remaining Hamptons homes but we were so looking forward to moving in. 10th August 2022 was informed all was going well. Would just like to say the five star reviews of this company are from associates of Oakdale homes who sell their properties on behalf of them. I agree with the one star review person! I am currently awaiting my home from Oakdale which I paid the deposit on in January. The shell of the house was already built and it has taken 9 months to do the work to the inside of the property and it is still not done. Now they have had the cheek to say if we don’t exchange contracts and complete that they will put the price of the house up... read more
You must get a full survey on any house before you buy. My daughter had an insurance claim on structural damage turned down by Nationwide Insurance as not fit for purpose according to the loss adjuster.
They are a local builder who cares about the homes that they build. Always found the staff very helpful. Would highly recommend them.
