Quick, efficient, reasonably priced and thorough. I recommend. Note: a few small smudges on the body work of my car were left behind (from which I assume to be part of the polishing mixture they use) on the bonnet, side doors and back bumper. I had to use a microfibre cloth to rub those out when I got home but otherwise very happy!
I had my car professionally deep cleaned, and the results exceeded my expectations. The team was incredibly courteous, attentive, and highly professional throughout the entire process.
I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. I left my car for a full valeting service and received a level of quality comparable to a £20 wash elsewhere. The engine bay was cleaned with a pressure washer, which has since caused several issues with the plugs and other components. Additionally, the boot was soaked with water, along with various other unexpected problems that I certainly did not anticipate from such a service.
Booked online for 2pm today, dropped car off on time and was told they would be just over 1 hour, we returned at 3:10pm to find they hadn’t even started our car! I was told previously that they try to prioritise online booking but whilst we were there we saw numerous people turning up getting service right away. I find this totally unacceptable especially without any apology whatsoever.
For my car, it's been always good, never had issues. Except minor things such as properly drying the car. However, I have observed degraded quality over time for one of my friends car. They paid for fine detailing and got a pretty bad job, I was shocked. It seems to me that the management needs to focus on quality inspection instead of joining the crew in cleaning, but making sure that each car is getting what they paid for and all should be logged and written somewhere.
