awful maintenance - took ages to attend to a major leak in my ceiling; reported multiple times that my extractor fan was not working (previous tenants had reported this too) yet nothing has been done about it; slow replies from emails and reports on their portal - even when i went into office they still fail to attend to issues.
I lost my keys and they were quick to unlock my bedroom door for me and had spare keys available for me to use
