Verified Renter I’ve been here for almost a year and a half and I’m happy I decided to resign my lease, the people are friendly and it’s stable living. However, the apartments are relatively old as far as their original construction date so the places although renovated have their wear and tear.

Verified Renter It’s quiet and close by a lot of places. I wish maintenance requests were handled in appropriate timing. Other than that it’s a nice area and everyone keeps to themselves.

Verified Renter Community is pretty nice. I don't think it's worth what they are charging. A current lack of communication in changes being made that don't make sense, such as electric charging stations for vehicles in front of already limited parking areas.
