Verified Renter The environment of the complex is excellent. The staff is patient and kind. Matters are dealt with quickly. Usf University's bull runner station is located exactly at the door of the complex. The sound of the street does not come at all and it is very quiet.The cost of water is very high. For example, someone like me who consumes little water is the same as a family of 7 people. The total cost of the complex is divided by the number of apartments
