Verified Renter It's a great place to live in. The amenities like Swimming pool and Gym are nice. The connectivity from Oak Ramble is pretty good. The staff is really friendly and helpful in the times of need. Overall, it is a better stay compared to other apartments nearby.

Verified Renter It's convenient to go to USF, because the school bus station is nearby. The keyless system is very useful! And the leasing office stuff is very nice.

Verified Renter Stove and Dryer wasn't working when we moved in. The dryer problem is supposed to be rectified more than 10 days after move in, which is very late.

Verified Renter Overall pretty good. Some weird things such as some soft spots in the floor and a few bugs, but these things are addressed free of charge so not nearly as bad. Good location for USF students, nice sizable apartments.
