Verified Renter Pros: -Quiet neighborhood and can’t hear outside noise from inside -Great location -Gated -Gorgeous trees making it shaded -App to control lights, door, and temperature Cons: -High water bill (over $100 for just one person with occasional guest) -Trash is always overflowing (need more) -No recycling -Not enough storage -Broken sprinklers most likely attributing to the high water bulbs which don’t get fixed Overall it gets the job done.
