Verified Renter One of the quietest apartments I've ever lived in. Wish I could have gotten a renovated unit because ours is a bit outdated inside (specifically the kitchen and bathroom) but the price is good. Large master bedroom. I love the greenery and tons of oak trees, and I feel very safe walking my dogs at all times of the day. Plenty of parking spaces and no problems with bugs inside. Verified Renter Overall this is a safe, well kept and nice complex. If you are looking for a place to call home near the USF Tampa campus, this is a great option. Each unit is an end unit (no sharing stairs or weird hallways with people you don't know). Each unit is also equipped with its own security system. Verified Renter it’s been interesting. Four people have to go through each apartment before it is rented out to new tenants, and my apartment was trashed. They tried to fix everything as fast as possible. Vultures are getting no attention even though there is garbage covering the streets for a couple days out the week. I feel bad for the maintenance crew.
