tour at oak ramble I had the pleasure of touring with the assistant manager, Jasmyne and I must say she made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I was impressed that as an manager she was still excited and willing to tour, as that is not what I experienced at the properties near by.

Not Recommended I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. Ever since the management change, things have gone downhill. For starters, the maintenance team and leasing manager are unresponsive, and the emergency contact number is completely useless. To make matters worse, my apartment has been without air conditioning for some time now, and despite living in the heat of Tampa, no one has come to fix it. Verified Renter Very nice staff and friendly. Neighbors are quiet and the neighborhood is safe. So close to shopping, entertainment and eateries. Maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner.

Verified Renter Worst experience moving in. The bathroom was not clean, kitchen cabinets had oil stains, the air vent gave out smell of weed. Found human hairs everywhere. The stove and dishwasher are broken. Window panes are covered with moss and the patio door is lined with molds.
