Reasonable Prices I thought Oak Lawn Mazda offered a wide range pre-owned Mazda 6 at very reasonable prices. I was looking for one which wasn't more than 15K and I found exactly that. The customer service was great and the overall experience was worthwhile. The paper-work didn't take too long and I drove away with car feeling happy and relieved. I'll recommend this dealer.
Recommend Coming Here I had a great experience buying my new Mazda 6 from Oak Lawn Mazda. This dealership was referred to me by a friend of mine who recently purchased his car from them and I totally agree with his claim that their customer service is impressive. I was able to get the options I wanted within budget and the warranty came at a great price as well. Overall, I'll definitely recommend coming here if you're interested in buying a new/used Mazda.
Good job Oak Lawn Mazda has very efficient servicing department. Iâve been taking my Mazda3 for regular maintenance to this dealership and theyâve always gotten the job done on time. Iâve had no complaints so far with any of the technicians or help staff. Theyâre all very polite and honest about the work they do. Overall, Iâm very pleased.

Good job I visited Oak Lawn Mazda for test-driving the new Mazda3. I still hadnât made up my mind whether Iâd purchase a car immediately. The salesman was very courteous and friendly. My unwillingness to make a purchase right away didnât discourage him from providing me with good customer service. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!! Worst experience of my life!!! First off when I got down there wasnt a sales person to be found eventually one was on his way out for a smoke break and after lighting up asked us if we needed help(completely unprofessional) When we described the car we saw online he told us that it had been sold. BEWARE!!! They will sell cars out from under you! I live in a different state and made an agreement with their internet department over the phone to purchase a vehicle from them. I asked them how much of a deposit they needed to hold the car for me so I could fly out and pick it up within the next couple of days. They said $1000 so I gave them a credit card number over the phone, bought my plane ticket and was already to fly out to pick it up (I had guaranteed them I was buying the car). good task They fully detailed the car, showed it to my father and he loved it. We signed papers and took it home that day even with less than perfect credit.
Great Customer Service Experience Oak Lawn Mazda is great with their customer service. I have been taking my vehicle for regular servicing at this dealership and I have never been disappointed. So far I have had some major repairs done my car along with the regular oil changes and I have never been quoted unreasonable amounts. The staff is friendly and the job is always done on time. I have had nothing to complain about and I definitely recommend Oak Lawn Mazda.
