Be Very Careful - Questionable Business Practices I contacted the sales department of Oak Lawn Mazda to see if they would accept Ford Partner Program S-pricing on a specific auto in their inventory that I had looked up on the Mazda USA web site. 2 different sales people said that they did and to come on down to close the transaction (I still have the voice mail). Plays games, bait and switch, waste of time! This dealers sales game is a huge waste of time for most people who know what they want and the price they should pay. I searched their website and it said they have 7 Red Mazda6 Grand Touring in stock and the price is great. When I got there they had none in stock with the right color and only one in stock with a different color. Then I'm told that the internet price includes ALL rebates. Bait and switch! Very Professional Repair Center I went to Oak Lawn Mazda to get a 60K Service check and they have, by far, the most friendliest staff to deal with. Not only were the staff members extremely pleasant, they also were highly professional. The service is fast and the rates are also very reasonable. I'm glad I went to Oak Lawn Mazda and will definitely be going back there for my 90K Service check as well!

Pleasant experience We drove from 3 hours away. The car was detailed and waiting for us when we got there. All we had to do was sign the papers and drive it home. Very pleasant experience.
Great Customer Service! Due to the recent rainy weather and because the tires on my Mazda 3 werenât changed in a long time I slid on a curb and hit a street light pole at an intersection. My car only needed some minor fixes (i.e. lights needed to be changed, the front bumper replaced and some fresh paint to cover up some minor scratches).
