Very Satisfied with Service Purchased my pre-owned Mazda3 hatchback from this dealership and I got a very good deal on the price. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALER!! I purchased a 2001 Toyota Corolla in seemingly excellent condition from this dealer about 2 years ago. I recently moved to Chicago and do not need a car, so I went to Carmax today to sell my Corolla. To my horror, the Carmax appraiser found that there had been some severe past damage on the car, which had been repaired by using a new hood and both fenders from different vehicles that had been painted to match the rest of the car. Great Customer Service! Due to the recent rainy weather and because the tires on my Mazda 3 werenât changed in a long time I slid on a curb and hit a street light pole at an intersection. My car only needed some minor fixes (i.e. lights needed to be changed, the front bumper replaced and some fresh paint to cover up some minor scratches). SCAM. Bait and switch! The worst experience of our lives. We went looking for a CX-7. After driving an hour, of course the one online was just sold. Our needs were simple, CX-7, AWD, lowest miles possible. We stated our needs up front and the salesman even wrote them down on a spec. sheet. We drove another one that met our needs and liked it. Made the difference! I was debating whether to buy the Kia Sedona or the Mazda 5, and my experience at Oak Lawn Mazda made all the difference. My sales rep did a great pros and cons analysis and explained the difference between the two cars well.
