good I found a car online that I liked so I went down to OLM and took it for a test drive! I loved it! THe salesman was so polite and didnt try to push me to buy.
I Recommd this Dealership I highly recommend Oak Lawn Mazda dealership. Great group of people at the showroom - I was greeted well and taken care of at every step of the sales process. My sales rep took his time in explaining all the features and specifications of the car that I had chosen. I was very convinced about my choice after all his help and I am glad that I purchased my new Mazda6 from Oak Lawn Mazda. I'll definitely be returning here for my regular maintenance and servicing.
Reasonable Prices I thought Oak Lawn Mazda offered a wide range pre-owned Mazda 6 at very reasonable prices. I was looking for one which wasn't more than 15K and I found exactly that. The customer service was great and the overall experience was worthwhile. The paper-work didn't take too long and I drove away with car feeling happy and relieved. I'll recommend this dealer.
NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!! Worst experience of my life!!! First off when I got down there wasnt a sales person to be found eventually one was on his way out for a smoke break and after lighting up asked us if we needed help(completely unprofessional) When we described the car we saw online he told us that it had been sold. New Mazda I had a good car buying experience here. Well this is actually my second time. They have a great selection of used cars. The first time I was here I bought a used Mazda with low miles. This time I went with a nice, new Mazda .
Great experience I went to several dealerships in Oak Lawn and test drove several cars until we finally got to Oak Lawn Mazda. We were looking for a reasonably priced minivan so when we asked the sales person about their options, they took us to their lot full of cars. He was very knowledgeable about all the cars and we were able to negotiate a very good price on a Mazda 5. The paper work was also very smooth and now we couldnât be any happier with our purchase. A great purchase experience overall.
Two thumbs up! The Mazda CX-9 seemed like a great vehicle for me, since my friends and I often go on camping and road trips. Great Customer Service Experience Oak Lawn Mazda is great with their customer service. I have been taking my vehicle for regular servicing at this dealership and I have never been disappointed. So far I have had some major repairs done my car along with the regular oil changes and I have never been quoted unreasonable amounts. The staff is friendly and the job is always done on time. I have had nothing to complain about and I definitely recommend Oak Lawn Mazda.
