I'm a regular customer here I've been a regular customer of Oak Lawn Mazda for about 2 years now. I bought my car from them at a decent price and have been getting it serviced here since then. I've had no complaints till now and the service team has been great at carrying out their job. I highly recommend Oak Lawn Mazda.
Satisfied with service If you need to get your car fixed or if you need a regular check-up, I highly recommend Oak Lawn Mazda dealership simply because of the great service and the price it comes at. Iâve taken my car here several times. They fix your car earlier than expected and also take the time to explain a few things you can do at home to maintain your car before the next check up. The staff really cares about the customers and always makes sure that they are happy with the service â I definitely am. Two thumbs-up!
Fantastic Dealership! I was searching for a used car and I kept trying to decide whether to buy a car from an individual or a dealership. I kept hearing that prices at dealerships are high and it's usually cheaper to buy from an individual. However, when I visited Oak Lawn Mazda the sales staff presented many different cars to me that met my budget and they were actually more affordable than I imagined. I managed to get a really good deal and 2 weeks after my purchase Iâm still very satisfied with it.

Very Satisfied with Service Purchased my pre-owned Mazda3 hatchback from this dealership and I got a very good deal on the price. The financing options were very attractive and the customer service was great. My salesperson was very informative and polite. He guided me throughout the process since it was my first purchase. I was very satisfied at the end and I have some peace of mind buying from a dealer than buying it privately. I'll definitely recommend Oak Lawn Mazda!
DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALER!! I purchased a 2001 Toyota Corolla in seemingly excellent condition from this dealer about 2 years ago. I recently moved to Chicago and do not need a car, so I went to Carmax today to sell my Corolla. To my horror, the Carmax appraiser found that there had been some severe past damage on the car, which had been repaired by using a new hood and both fenders from different vehicles that had been painted to match the rest of the car. The rates at their Collision Center are great! I was surprised to see how great the rates were at Oak Lawn Mazda's repair center when I went in to have my tires aligned. They were certainly competitive to other local mechanics and the job that they do is a high quality, professional one. I would highly recommend their Center to anyone who is looking for a repair job on their car, as their rates are great and the service people are very professional and friendly.
