My mother was on the 6th floor. Everybody was awesome. Not only did they take care of my mom they made sure the family was good. Wonderful job

I just can say Wow ! Delivered my Baby at the 4th of July ! Every single Doctor and Nurse , Midwife were awesome and incredible ! Me and Bastian felt very cared for! The Team is great ! Hubby was on the orthopedic 6th floor. I can't say enough about the care and personal attention shown to my husband. The entire staff of nurses worked together as one unit giving full attention and making sure he was comfortable. I took notice this was w/ the other patients on the floor as well. The private rooms were spotless and there was accommodations for a loved one to stay over night w/ a open sofa. I give Oak Hill and the nurses a 10 for hospital care. I went in on the 31st for a total hip replacement. I am a retired RN who worked both surgery and recovery. All of the people I met were delightful professional and efficient willing to assist me in any way possible from the admissions clerk to the gentleman that took me the door in a wheelchair when I left. I would love to thank each one for their service.

I love this hospital because they actually care about you and trying to get you in and out quickly. Other hospitals take forever but this one is great. Highly recommend it.

My dad was there had 3 strokes we were never told even when I told the nurse my self his face was drawing the said he was fine take him to tampa general and they informed me he had the strokes and as far as a heart hospital they suck also

My mother was recently on the ortho floor. The nurses at night were horrible. Sitting at the desk doing nothing. Her nurse Evelyn was to say the least abusive. She was rude and complaining about everything. She told my mother she was well enough to help herself. She was rough with her and didn't give her the medication she needed. She looked under the influence. I brought it to the supervisor attention, but was blown off. Several other patients in her care were scared of her. They would get 5 stars but the ER lost my husbands blood cultures the day he was admitted! Nurses on the 5th floor especially Carol, David, Julie, Bobby and Dee were awesome! The team of doctors we were given were the best. Of course the best part was leaving Oak Hill but I wouldn't hesitate to return if I had to.
