A scary place to be if admitted through the emergency room with a life threatening stroke! ICU care was poorly coordinated, necessary tests slow to be performed, results slow to be discussed with family, and worse, a sudden Saturday night discharge while patient remained unstable, no aftercare instructions or support provided, and only a cocktail of medications prescribed to be filled that night. Still I am in the hospital, my experience is really sad, yesterday I wait 3 hours for a pill to relive a terrible headache, the service of the nurses on the floor is very SLOW �
The labor and delivery facility is beautiful. The nurses and staff are awesome. I really feel my daughter and her baby girl received exceptional care

My daughter has heart problems and was complaining about chest pain. So we took her here and they were AMAZING! With in minutes she was hooked up to machines, DOCTORS and nurses were in there. They checked everything to make sure her heart was ok. Turns out she had pneumonia. We found a new hospital for sure!!

On August 31st I took my husband here because the hospital we usually go to had to be evacuated unfortunately. Because Oak Hill is a sister company and all on the same medical computer system we went here. Never again!! My husband over the course of 3 years has had debilitating migraines. This hospital is terrible and denied my friend the care she needed and accused her of being a drug addict. You're supposed to help people, not pass them off. Lucky for her another place helped and listened to her and found out she had a serious condition. You should be ashamed of how terrible you are.
dr kero is great and her staff is very friendy give her staff 5 stars and the fact the office is next to the hospital is great. makes it easy to do test .did not have to wait weeks either for appointment
