Our nurse and doctor have been very nice but we have been here for FIVE HOURS for our son over something that ended up being nothing. We've been told "It will be 20 more minutes" a couple of times. Nurse said we were waiting for the on-call radiology tech for an ultrasound the doctor requested just to be sure everything was ok... how does it take 3 hours to show up?! He kept asking us over and over if we'd been taken back for our ultrasound and we just kept waiting. And now that it's finally done, we still have to wait becau... read more

A hospital is nothing more than brick and mortar What really makes a hospital is the people that work there. I must say that everyone was helpful and friendly.
Quick in and out. They listened to my concerns and explained everything thoroughly.
I also want to take this time to thank the amazing team who cared for my son Joseph at Oak Hill Hospital. Nurses..Jocelyn Nick and Gilbert were amazing caring and compassionate. The Drs North Tower Room 255 ICU WERE OUTSTANDING. THANKYOU FOR SAVING MY SONS LIFE���

to the wonderful and amazing staff at Oak Hill Hospital in the labor and delivery ward I can not express the gratitude the professionalism the expertise the staff had in this wonderful time of my family's life to assist us with bringing in are new bundle of joy. It was the perfect delivery everyone thinks about but with these amazing ladies this world is in definitely good hands THANK YOU
The rooms r very clean the nurses on the 6 floors r excellent loving and caring.they r taking good care of my partner of 7 yrs.

Was treated good the nurses and CNAS the food was even good house keeping was in every day doing their job also
The staff in the emergency room was excellent. Extra kudos to our Christmas night nurse, Bonnie! She provided wonderful care and TLC while we waited for radiology results. There was quite a delay in getting results for my husband. Hopefully, they will have someone on site to expedite this in the future!
