Received great care for my mom in the very upsetting accident that she had
The nurses are excellent, but the hospital needs alot of improvements done, chairs for family to stay are old and horrible, rooms need improvement.... on top of that my husband came in thru ER for appendix was told he was gonna be kept for surgery and it would be done in the morning!! It is now 933am we are in a room, nobody knows anything about surgery... dr hasnt been by, no drinking or eating for my husband , I csnt leave cus im worried he goes into surgery and i dnt see him !! They have been very nice and helpful. They answer every question i ask and explain everything they are going to do before they begin. Have a very good visit everytime.
Well my mom has been in the hospital for. 5 days now and is in the finale stages of her dx she is unable to speak up for what she needs she is total care. Os on Friday when i got there around noon to help her with lunch because she is unable to feed herself no one even attempted to feed her and they didn't even have a diet order for her and she had been there since the night before. Oak hill er rocks and so do the surgeons. Saved my ass and all the nurses are pretty and sweet!!!!!!!
