Took our 12 month old in for surgery today. The hospital and staff were beyond accommodating and amazing. It was a wonderful environment for very anxious parents, and everyone we came into contact with was wonderful!

Went in at 39 weeks for lack of fetal movement triage worked quickly with my dr to decide what needed to happen to ensure my baby’s safe delivery. ALL nurses were amazing c section staff was fantastic I was so nervous for my first c section they had me on the table laughing! I did not even realize they had cut me open! After care nurses made sure I was comfortable and they were always friendly and willing to help. I was in oak hill for 10 days with pneumonia and copd. I have to say they couldn't of treated me better. Was always there when I needed them .and came in to talk when I didn't. I was pretty much stuck in my room ,so it was nice when they came in. To all the Drs ,Nurses ,and everyone that worked with them ,on the second floor . thank you . Meals aren't bad either

Oak hill hospital is the worst place ive been to. I advise people to go to springhill regional anywhere but oak hill

Your new staffing ratio of 1 nurse for 7 patients is unsafe and provides poor care just to increase profits. Shame on you Oak Hill for putting your patients and staff at risk.
