Went to Oak Hill Hospital referred by my insurance as a walk in clinic. I went to Oak Hill Hospital with a sinus infection which happens occasionally during the year and needed an antibiotic prescription. Upon arrival I asked if this was the walk in clinic and was told yes it was but didn’t open until 10AM. I saw the PA shortly after 10 and was given a prescription for an antibiotic and sent on my way in about 30 minutes. My typical bill for a walk in clinic is around $200. RecommendedThe staff is AMAZING! The ER was extremely busy, however the attentiveness and my well being was obviously top priority. All the staff members as well as the physician went above and beyond any expectations I had. Friendly, compassionate and professional. Serious when need be and fun when I tried to crack a joke. My daughter wasn't feeling good with stimic pains. The nurses and all the staff were so great and patient. With me and my daughter. Wish I new all the names of the staff that helped us. Big shout out the the staff on the 4th Floor! They took such good care of my mother before she passed to go and be with the Lord. They went above and beyond and made her feel like she was the only one they took care of. They helped me through one of the toughest times in my life too in coping with the passing of mom. Love you all!
