Toured We toured the apartment and in honesty, feel like we wasted our time because the complex was not like the pictures. The paint on the siding was splotchy and chipping everywhere. Even the model we were shown was very run down and smoky/musty smelling. I just think it’s fair to have some idea of that beforehand.
New management is AMAZING When I first moved to the complex I had a horrible experience with the property manager...she was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I found that the management team had been replaced I was less than surprised. Chris and Luke are the new property management and I know they are working extremely hard to "right" the bad vibes from the previous property management. Ok place to live I lived here here at oak city apartments for several months on a sublease. The neighbors were friendly. The pool was a little small. They did a lot of community activities. Maintenance was prompt.
Great Place to Live What a refreshing change from my past place. This place has Washer and Dryer in the apartment. The living room and bedroom have so much natural light, nothing like the dungeon apartment i just came from. They have food trucks come out monthly, and keep the pool open longer than most. The staff is pleasant to deal with and the maintenance team looks professional, not like a bunch of bums. The area is close the restaurants and major highways. Hard not to like! Def recommend to friends and FAMILY.
Really Enjoy my Apartment I moved into my apartment at the beginning of September, and can not be more happy with how everything has been going. The apartment is close to all major stores. There are 2 malls closely situated around the apartment. My employer is located on NC State campus, which is a 15-20min drive from my apartment. Downtown Raleigh is 10 mins from where I am.
