You get so much more than you pay for! I have used Nicky twice now for full assessments and I can confirm that she is worth every penny and more. My son had a handwriting assessment with Nicky, as he finds getting his thoughts down on paper a real challenge. Nicky was great, and she really put us both at ease. I stayed to observe, and the assessment lasted for around 2 and a half hours. Nicky created a rapport with H straight away and talked him through every stage of the process. I have been impressed with Nicky and her approach to handwriting assessments. They feel robust and thorough. The reports are comprehensive and very helpful with clear recommendations, e.g. for home, primary school and planning ahead for senior school. Nicky comes across as very caring and supportive. Should we ever need to I would again use Nicky’s services.
We had Nicky recommended to us for a dyspraxia assessment for our daughter, straight away she made her feel at ease and helped her choose equipment that helped her, she also went above and beyond and has helped my son too who has dyscalculia his school failed to provide him with a calculator to help him so through the charity equipped4learning she has provided him with one, would definitely recommend her.
Nicky is an absolutely fantastic and thorough Occupational Therapist who has assessed two of my children.
