First time I've used OCD and from my first call to collecting my car, the service I received was excellent in every respect. Steve pretty much exactly diagnosed my main issue (tiptronic malfunction) over the phone- quickly confirmed with 15 min diagnostic and then ordered spare part which arrived in next few days. Also sorted out a couple of niggles (stone in between break disc and caliber and that rear view mirror previously fixed with tape!). Called up Steve as had an advisory of a puncture from the local OPC and Porsche don't do repairs. Popped over and the whole team was welcoming and clearly know what they are doing. The wheel was removed using the specialist center lock tools in no time. Fortunately the metal shard hadn't gone through the tyre so no further action was needed! I'll be bringing my car back here for anything that is not covered under warranty. Massively impressed with the setup. Aswsome stuff!
Rang OCD about my oil that needed topping up on my Macan. Spoke to Steve and called in later that day to get it done. I would have been in and out in about 15 mins but we got chatting about all the cars he's got on the go at the moment. You can tell that Steve is very knowledgeable about all the cars in the garage and if I needed work done on mine I would be happy to leave it with him. Defo saving his number for future reference. Brilliant as always. Fitted me in when my car failed it's MOT, needed a new exhaust. Replaced quickly and at a great price! Really outstanding service.
