Professionalism and compassion is all we get in what is always a difficult time for me and my daughter. We encounter all the staff from the janitor to the surgeons and there all amazing!! Let's not forget the nurses, we love the nurses!!!
The staff are so professional and so polite really attend to their patients and care..

Suffering a bad asthma attack, I went to NYU-Langone/Cobble Hill ER in Brooklyn. Great Team work from the entire staff and special thanks to Nancy E. Conroy, MD whose great bedside manner and caring is of high quality. The whole team there was excellent. However, my asthma attack was severe and they transported me (free ambulance service) to NYU-Langone Tisch Medical Center on 33&First in Manhattan. My 8 year old daughter was sent to NYU Emergency Room by her doctor because her sugar levels were high at a routine annual check up. My husband and We're very nervous however we had a rockstar nurse named Andrea Dixon who took very good care of Dallas. she was admitted and at the pediatric ward we had another rockstar nurse named Courtney. Every nurse, aid, and doctor was very professional, helpful, and had patient. Even though we spent Mothers in the hospital they made it special for us by having a Sunday brunch.
