Dr. Shah was willing to do my dad's surgery even after other surgeons were too afraid to attempt it. He successfully did the surgery laparoscopically and two weeks later he is definitely improving. His stay on the 11th floor went well and he was well taken care of. So grateful that we found Dr. Shah and NYU. It was the best care my dad could have gotten.
Read the few negative reviews here, I wouldn't pay any mind to them. I am not going to another hospital, if I can help it, ever again. Langone beats Roosevelt and Columbia in customer service and professionalism of staff hands down. The doctors check in regularly and they keep you informed. Amazing follow up procedures with ER patients, and they do not waste your time with long waits in the ER.
Gorgeous nurses very fast service o lyrics negative would be the food. But the nurse did hook me up with corn flakes and ice cream after I told her I was not enjoying the food
The staff was professional. The service was great. Wait time was as expected.
The staff in medical records/Admitting dept. are highly incompetent and there is a male staff member who is rude and very unprofessional. One of the most unpleasant experience ever !
Very nice, clean, state of the art hospital. I was only there to visit a friend for a short period so I have not seen the whole entity.
