The best care I ever had. Everyone is helpful, professional and very friendly. I was so impressed. Yesterday I was very nervous when I got there. By the time I entered the operating room, it all melted away. I knew I was in the best caring hands. All my questions where answered, no one rushed me and I always had a nurse at arms. Stay away from this emergency room it has to be the worst. My husband and daughter were there today because my daughter had fallen on the subway platform and hit the back of her head. She was disorientated, had a bad headache, lump on the back of her head and ringing in both ears. She was examined by the ER doctor and told she had a concussion. When my husband asked for her to have a CAT scan he was told they were not able to because they had one machine that was reserved for stroke patients and severe cases.Exactly what kin... read more
I was operated on by Dr. Patel for a carotid tumor in February. He is a knowledgeable professional who answered all my questions and eased my concerns. The hospital nursing staff was attentive to my needs. Thankfully, I am healing and will return for post-op visits.

My fathers appt was for 11:30am , we were finally seen at 12:45, UNACCEPTABLE
5 stars all the way, Wife had total hip replacement, surgery went well, expectations were met and exceeded. All staff throughout show a level of care not available at any other hospital in Manhattan or Long Island!
