My name is Yen Wu and I work as a registered nurse for 28 years. On July 24, 2019 I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr.Ashwin Basavaraj at the pulmonary department at NYU . I have been intermittently coughing a bright red blood clots since July 11, 2019 which scared me to death . I arrived at 8:30 AM to check in at the front desk, but no one was there. NYU Langone Huntington Medical group billing told me completely inaccurate information and actually it was laughable. A NP is not a special kind of doctor... a pediatrician is not a specialist... and I was told if I don’t like it to find a new doctor... Are they corrupt or just incompetent?
Doctors, Staff Hospital are so helpful n caring. Put patient care first
The health care professionals at NYU Langone are great caring people. Specifically, Dr. David Selzer and his staff at his office in West Palm Beach, Florida are awesome. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

Was scheduled for surgery tomorrow. Received a call the day before confirming the appointment. The second I hung up, the surgeon's secretary was calling to CANCEL the apointment. Says there were no ORs available. Really? For a surgery scheduled months in advance? Get your act together, you are playing with people's lives!
Very good with patients. From start to finish.
