I've been seeing NYU Langone doctors at NYU Trinity for three years now, and I've only been in impressed by the quality of the doctors, the facility, and service. The facility is super clean and well appointed, check-in is smooth with MyChart integration and—when I'm on time—I'm seen right away. Drs. Babbar and Katz are awesome.
Never, ever go to Dr Charles Kim for any procedures. He and his staff lied and told me a procedure was approved by my insurance company only to now have the claims denied and NYU is coming after me for the full amount. Extremely untrustworthy.
I just want to drop a quick note about a volunteer named Rosa who was on the second floor HCC2 surgical suite this morning, April 22, 2019. Although we didn’t have much interaction, she just gave us updates about my dad post-op, there was something so nice about her. She was attentive, kind, and truly seemed like she enjoyed being there helping out anxious family members. So thank you, Rosa, for making a really tense morning a little more bearable.
I highly recommended NYU Langone Medical Center to anyone who is needing immediate medical attention. I am not from NY but I needed urgent medical help when my husband googled this hospital 🏥 n Midtown location. I was wheeled straight to the ER and they have hooked me into lines so My veins are ready for infusions. Dr. Chieng, the Gastroenterologist of ER quickly figured out what next steps should be done. all my doctors are here and all excellent
Listen to the patient and don't lie to them. I was lied to and not told certain things about my situation. Until I saw another wonderful doc at NYU who told me everything the surgeon did not! My best doc in the world is here as is the surgeon who knew nothing that gave me a death sentence.
