RecommendedRecently had a successful surgical procedure on my uterus in the Tisch building. The staff, nurses, doctors, surgical team, and receptionists were all just as amazing, as my health team a year and a half ago when I had my thyroidectomy in NYU. Why is there almost no posts about NYU Langone’s famous Dr Susan K Schulman, whom is a leading or leader pandas doctor in the nation!! She is treating and curing a real autoimmune disease that our government recognizes as “real” and your institution seems to be ignoring this!!!!
A pain management doctor here told me mindfulness and acupuncture were the only appropriate treatments for severe nerve pain and arthritis. They compared the only treatments that have worked for me to "fossil fuels" and insulted my previous doctor for treating me at all. My last doctor knew I had an educational background in research and sent me the information backing up this treatment. This doctor called it poison and misrepresented that data. They will send your medical bill straight to collection agency without letting you know or sending you any mail that you owe them a medical balance!!!! The only one letter is straight from collection agency!! Very unprofessional and unacceptable!!! They definitely are having problematic accountant issues!!

Your billing department is trying to charge me money for an Xray that was already paid by my personal insurance and also by my Workers Comp Insurance and now AFTER 1 YEAR you are sending me a bill due to mistaken made by Dr Ivan Fernandez Madrid, his assistant Charlene and Felix who was the technician who took the Xray. I have been saved at NYU Langone and have been there numerous times. Great treatment, but watch your neighbors illnesses.
The facilities of the buildings are very nice and clean. The staff from the doctors to nurses are all amazing. They are patient, caring, informative and are there when you need. Only downside is the unfortunate incidents I’ve had with parking through valet at two different locations. First location, the valet parking lost my car keys, they were very nice about it but could of handled the process better..... Then at the Kimmel Pavilion my car was stuck on the lift which they were fixing for over 3 hours or so. I had to wait a... read more
im in the one in Manhattan and they treat you with respect. Gotta love them Especially the nurses but i got a favorite and her names Laura C on the 3rd floor Awesome
